United Way County Manager Completes Crawford Partnership’s CU Lead Program

Congratulations to United Way of Crawford County Manager Nadia Oehler (above: first row, second from left) upon her graduation from Crawford Unlimited Leadership (CU Lead) program.  The 9 month experiential program is Crawford Partnership’s premier leadership program, designed to develop leaders at all levels who will improve their leadership skills, and thus, their performance in the workplace.

Nadia’s experience in CU Lead included exploration of the the unique places, organizations, and opportunities that exist in the Crawford County community along with a study of leadership philosophies and strategies from top experts in leadership. CU Lead provides a pathway to personal and professional development and growth, and encourages graduates to continue to share ideas and enthusiasm within their ranks – creating a network of passionate leaders dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in Crawford County.

The graduation celebration for the CU Lead Class of 2019 was held on Thursday, June 20 at the Trillium Event Center in Bucyrus, where Mark Russell, president and CEO of Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, spoke about Ohio Mutual’s role in the creation and sustainability of the CU Lead program, and Ginny Telego, president of The Collaboration Partners, provided the keynote address.
