United Way of Marion County Pillars Club

Community leaders bringing strength and purpose to United Way of Marion County

PILLARS in our community.

These days more than ever, collective community impact has been at the forefront of our work at United Way of Marion County. As our focus on emergency relief shifts to long term community recovery, we are funding local partners providing families with employment and financial services, childcare support, and mental health counseling, while continuing to meet the immediate demands for food, shelter, and emergency funds.

Our Pillars Club members are an integral part of our United Way giving community – local philanthropic leaders who devote time, talent, and funds to effect
long-lasting change in Marion County.

Each of the community partners funded by Pillars Club donations is working to achieve one or more of our Bold Goals for Marion County:

  • Early childhood literacy, mentorship opportunities, and improved graduation rates
  • Safe and affordable housing, improved quality of life, and vibrant neighborhoods
  • Sustainable employment and self-sufficiency

We are thankful for your generous donation last year and hope that you will consider renewing your investment as a Pillars Club member again this year. Your donations are making real changes in the lives of real families in our community.
