United for Impact: Marion County Child Care Coalition

The Marion County Child Care Coalition was first convened in early 2021 by local nonprofits with a vested interest in removing barriers to accessible, affordable child care for Marion County residents.

Founding organizations included United Way of North Central Ohio, YMCA, YWCA, Marion Matters, Marion Community Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Marion County, and Marion Job & Family Services. The Coalition now also includes Goodwill, Marion Area Chamber of Commerce, Marion City Schools, Pleasant Local Schools, Marion Nazarene, and Graphic Packaging.

The OCCRRA provides a searchable database of quality child care and preschool programs in Ohio. Search listings in your community that meet your family’s needs. Access rates and Child Care Licensing Reports for each provider.
